FAQs

How long does the subscription last?: It lasts 24 months initially. If you make a change or add products after 12 months, it extends for another 12 months. If there are no changes in 24 months, it is renewed month by month up to a maximum of 48 months.
Can I change my glasses for another pair during my subscription?: Yes, you can change a product free of charge per year by delivering the previous one. Changes can be cumulative and may be of different types (e.g., prescription sunglasses).
What happens if I lose or damage my glasses?: Repairing costs 3 monthly instalments of the product, and replacing them with a loss or theft costs 6 monthly instalments.
What happens if my graduation changes?: You can update the crystals at no additional cost.
What happens if I change my residence or operate from the view?: You can continue in another store or cancel by returning the products and paying 50% of the remaining instalments. If you no longer need glasses, you can cancel under the same conditions.
Do I need to change glasses every year?: It is not mandatory. If you do not make changes in 48 months, the subscription is automatically cancelled and you can stay with the products.
