When you decide to change your glasses with the Mo Vision Plan, we give them a second life. They are refurbished with the Lions Club and reach those who need them most in developing countries.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the subscription last?

The subscription has an initial duration of 24 months.
If you make a change or add new products after the first 12 months, the subscription will automatically be increased by 12 months.
If no changes are made during the 24 months, the subscription will be renewed monthly, up to a maximum of 24 additional months.
If you decide not to continue after these additional 24 months, the subscription will be automatically cancelled and you will be able to stay with the products.

Can I change my glasses for another pair during my subscription?

Yes. You can change a product free of charge, provided that you deliver the previous one. The new product may be of another type (for example, changing sunglasses with prescription glasses).
With the Basic Plan, the change is available from 12 months.
With the Plan Plus and the Family Plan, you can make changes from the outset.

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes, you can change the Plan and it would entail an update of the payment.

What does the protection against loss or breakage include?

The protection includes a small excess that you must pay in the event of breakage, loss or theft.
· In the event of repairing the frame or lenses, the cost is 3 monthly instalments corresponding to the item to be repaired.
· In the event of replacement due to loss or theft, the cost is 6 monthly instalments of the product.

What happens if my graduation changes?

You have a free graduation change per year, provided that the change is at least 0.50 dioptres.
If for any reason you need to make any additional graduation change, the cost is 3 monthly instalments corresponding to the cost of the lenses and if the corresponding fee needs to be updated.

How does the Share Plan work?

If you are subscribed to the Mo Vision Plan, you can invite a friend to take out their own subscription, choosing the plan they want and in any Multiópticas perspective.
When your friend registers, you both benefit.
· You get a month's free payment.
· Your friend also receives a month's free payment.
· The friend can choose any available plan.
· The friend can be registered in any Mó establishment.
· Limit of 1 friend per person.

Do I need to change glasses every year?

No, it is not mandatory.

Do family plans apply for more than 2 members?

The Family Plan is designed for two members of the same family, and one of them must be under 18 years old.
It's the best option to combine your glasses with your children's glasses, paying a more advantageous fee.

What happens if I change my residence or operate from the view?

If you change your residence, you can continue your subscription in another store.
If you are using the view or no longer need glasses, depending on your Plan, you can cancel the subscription, returning the products and paying 50% of the remaining instalments.

Can I cancel my subscription?

· With the Basic Plan, if you want to cancel your subscription, you must pay the total outstanding payments until the end of the contract and return the product.
· With Plan Plus and the Family Plan, if you want to cancel your subscription, you must pay 50% of the outstanding payments until the end of the contract and you will have to return the product. If you want to stay the products, you must pay 100% of the contract payments.
