Shipping and delivery policy

Multiópticas, S.C.L. It undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the User, at the address indicated by the User for this purpose in the order form. Under no circumstances will shipments be sent to postal and voice sections. The User can also choose "delivery in store" as the order reception method. You can select the preferred delivery point in the purchase process from a list of MULTI-POLICIES stores associated with our online sales program.

Shipments will be sent only within Spain, through a courier company. Multiópticas, S.C.L. The right to change the type of delivery is reserved and the company for which it is carried out, regardless of what is set out on these pages, provided that it does not represent a clear injury to the User.

How long will it take to arrive?
In mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, your order may take between 1-4 working days.
In the Canary Islands, between 2-8 working days.
In Ceuta and Melilla, between 3-7 working days.
If your order includes contact items such as contact lenses or solutions, it may take about 6 days.
 

The responsibility for the items is ours until the customer receives the delivery, except in the case that the customer expressly chooses a different form of delivery from the proposal by MULTIÓPTICAS, S.C.L. , In which case our responsibility would end at the time of collection of the shipment in our warehouse.

If the courier company cannot deliver the delivery because it does not find the person receiving the shipment at the indicated destination, the courier company itself will provide instructions to the User to agree a new delivery date.

At the time of receipt, the User must check that the order matches the quantity and type of product with the requested one. If there is any discrepancy, the user must follow the indications of section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

Depending on the delivery method selected by the customer, there will be shipping costs that will always be added to the final price of the purchase. However, the Customer will always be informed before confirming their order of the associated shipping costs. The customer's acceptance of the "General Terms of Sale" will always entail the customer's acceptance of the shipping costs. for orders from 50 euros to Spain, no shipping costs will be charged.
