Currently, having an effective whistleblowing channel has become an essential practice for companies and entities, as it not only complies with the regulations in force and mandatory for certain types of subjects, but also strengthens internal trust, prevents and detects inappropriate behaviors, reputation and the company's interests and contribute to promoting a culture of transparency and business ethics.
This entity, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons reporting on regulatory breaches and anti-corruption, has implemented a Whistleblowing Channel, which provides its employees, suppliers, as well as any subject relationship , a safe and confidential means to report possible behaviors such as:
- Any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union law.
- Actions or omissions that may be constituting a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence.
In any case, all serious or very serious criminal or administrative offences that involve economic losses for the Public Treasury and for the Social Security Institute shall be understood as being covered.
