For just €9 you can enjoy:

  • Basic annual visual review.
  • Coverage in the event of breakage. This guarantee covers 70% of the amount of glasses in the event of breakage for 1 year.
  • Guarantee of adaptation for new crystals. If you don't adapt to your new crystals for the first 3 months, we'll change them.
  • Free maintenance. We keep and clean your glasses free of charge and permanently. We also replace the case or suede if these deteriorate.
  • Technical and aesthetic advice. The Multiópticas team of professionals will advise you on the type of lenses that best suit your needs and the most suitable frame for your tastes or physiognomy.

2. Additional Multiópticas Plus guarantee

For just €19 you can enjoy:

  • Annual basic visual review.
  • Coverage for breakage. This guarantee covers 70% of the amount of glasses in the event of breakage for 2 years.
  • Guarantee of adaptation for new crystals. If you don't adapt to your new crystals for the first 6 months, we'll change them.
  • Coverage for children. Up to 2 free window changes due to a change of prescription, for one year from the date of purchase, for children under 12 years of age.
  • Free storage. We keep and clean your glasses free of charge and permanently. We also replace the case or suede if these deteriorate.
  • Technical and aesthetic advice. The Multiópticas team of professionals will advise you on the type of lenses that best suit your needs and the most suitable frame for your tastes or physiognomy.

Important

  • The guarantee applies only to a single purchased guarantee. If you want to cover more than one glasses, you must acquire as many guarantees as you want to protect them.
  • These guarantees allow you, in the event of breakage, to repair or replace a single purchased glasses (frames and lenses with the same graduation) by means of a coverage with a 70% deductible. Therefore, you (the consumer) will only pay 30% of the amount of the possible repair or replacement.
  • The price to be taken into account will be that of repairing or replacing the cover at the time the guarantee is exercised.
  • This guarantee may not be used in conjunction with offers or discounts in force at the time it is exercised. Theft and loss are excluded from this guarantee.
  • The duration of this guarantee will be 1 year for the additional guarantee and 2 years for the plus guarantee, from the date of purchase.
  • To exercise this guarantee, you must go to the same point where you made the purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, replacement or repair will be completely free and will be provided in accordance with the current regulations.
